With all of the natural disasters in the news recently, I thought it would be a good idea to talk about what we should all be keeping handy for our own homes and families in the event of a disaster in our own region.  With all of the tornadoes, flooding, and even the pending 2008 hurricane season, it's a good idea to double check our own preparedness before we go out and help others.
